2010 OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT REPORT
THE RESULTS ARE IN

Every year Kainos Vocational Services measures its success by looking at all aspects of services provided to our clients, families, care providers and stakeholders. Through surveys and record keeping we are able to determine where our strengths and weaknesses lay in order to improve or increase services to better meet the needs of those we serve.

The clients in the workshop were engaged in paid work at a record breaking 98.75% of the time with 90% saying they are satisfied to very satisfied with the services they are receiving in the Workshop Program. The Supported Employment participants which include the Landscape Program as well as enclave and individual placement, had similar results. Ninety five percent said they were satisfied to very satisfied with the services they are receiving. Those being referred for enclave/group placement were placed in a job within 90 days 100% of the time. With the job market in flux our goal was to place clients in individual placement- competitive employment with at 90% within ninety days of referral we fell short at 75%. We feel that as the economy improves we will have no problem meeting our expectations. In addition we received a 92% approval rating of very satisfied to satisfied by parents and funding agencies.

The Vocational Services center continues to strive for excellence and cutting edge programs that suit the needs of those served. For a complete copy of the Outcomes Measurement Report call 650.363.2423 or email k.uthman@kainosusa.org
