Residential Services

Kainos’ Residential Services provide a spectrum of options for adults with developmental disabilities to help each individual live as independently as they choose. We have licensed adult residential facilities as well as independent and supported living services.

Our licensed adult residential facilities provide 24-hour supervision, functional skills training and a wide range of social and recreational activities.  Our staff work with residents to learn household skills as well as to gain greater independence in all activities of daily living.

Our independent and supported living services offer supports to residents living in their own homes in the community. Staff and support are arranged based on the needs of the individual. Staff assist with budgeting, cooking, shopping and health management and can provide other supports if necessary.  Independent Living Skills (ILS) and Supported Living Skills (SLS) residents are also offered a full range of social and recreational opportunities.
